Toddlers Pumpkin Halloween Costume

This costume includes a dress with twinkle skirt and a hairclip. The twinkle skirt is made of orange satin covered with layers of net.

There is a battery pack built into the waistband and fiber optic lights built into the skirt, simply flip the switch and tiny points of light twinkle away!
